Here’s how we work together.

 
 
  • Fill out the "Client Intake Form” specific to your service before your appointment.

    The website help you know who the staff and myself are, but we would love to get to know you!

  • Plan on arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment is scheduled to start. 

    At Castillo Studio, our services are the full 30, 60, or 90 minutes you are scheduled for, and I want you to enjoy every minute of your service. No corners are cut here.

    Help me live up to this expectation by arriving slightly early to your appointment.

  • All appointments will require a credit or debit card be held under your account to reserve the appointment.

    You can also opt for a non-refundable 50% charge for the service you will be receiving.

    This policy is necessary to keep our doors open and lotion bottles full for many more years of treating to you the best there is in self-care.

 
 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Polices

  • Service Cancellation

    Life happens, we understand that unexpected circumstances can get in the way of your appointment. We reserve your appointment time just for you. As a small business, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hour notice, via phone or email, for any cancellations/rescheduling.

    However, if we are not given at least 24 hour notice of your cancellation nor able to rebook your scheduled service time, we will charge the card on file the full cost of your session.

  • Arriving Late

    To get the most from your service it is important to show up 5-10 minutes early to settle in. Understand that arriving late will result in a shorter service billed at the scheduled priced. Depending on the appointment, such as a wax or express services, we might have to cancel and reschedule as there will not be enough time to render the service. In that situation, our Service Cancellation policy will apply.

  • No Call, No Show

    As a small business, we value your time and hope that you value ours. If you are not at the studio by your appointment time, we will give a courtesy call, text, or email (depending on your preference) 5 minutes after your scheduled time to check in. If you simply do not show up to your appointment, then we will deem the service a "No Call, No Show". In the event of a No Call, No Show we will charge the card on file the full cost of your session.
